"1. All registered tenderer in E-GP system. 2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 35.00 lakh under 01 contract (BC Road) over a period of last five years shall be required (not before FY:2010-11 ). 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 26.00 lakh last five years (not before FY:2010-11 ). 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 14.00 lakh only. 5. Incase of above and unbalanced less quoted rate for all item or any specific item, rate analysis should be submitted. Otherwise tender may be reject. 6. If any tenderer qualify more than one contract, cumulative experience criteria and financial criteria will be apply to select lowest tenderer. 7. In case of multiple number of contractual commitments, a written testimony by the tenderer that demonstrates that the tenderer have resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts/ contractual commitments ( A Sample Format attached and upload in Particular Specifications)."
