Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below : (A) Reputed Government approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum 03(Three) years of general experience in the supply of Furniture as Supplier. (B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of Furniture Supplies worth not less than Tk. 3.00 (Three) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous/non-Government Organization of Bangladesh during last 03 (Three) years, duly verified by the Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the supplies have been done. (C) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets ie.working capital/creditline of the tenderer shall be TK. 5.00 (Five) Lakh only, supported by Bank certificate against the name of the supplies in the form of PG2-5 only. Bank statement should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender. (D) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate (E) Manufacturer authorization certificate/Delar certificate/Re-sailer certificate.(F) Original letter naming the person authorised to sign on behalf of the Tenderer.(G) Original Catalogue. (H) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled. Special Instructions: (A) No JVCA is Allowed
