(iii) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 10.00Lac 2.Total price quoted by any tenderer exceeds 10% above of the Engineers Estimate or becomes more less than 10% lower price of the Engineers Estimate, tender of that tenderer will be summuryly rejected.
