a) ISO/CE/ Equivalent Certificate. b) Manufacturer’s authorizationletter must be submitted along with the tender, in case of the tenderer not manufacturing the Goods. c) List of Service Centre facilities in Bangladesh. d) The Authorization Dealer/Assembling Organization / Supplier agent must be in the business of similar Goods at least twelve years from the date of Bid opening. e) List of available Spare Parts required with a price list valid for 2(two) years. The price of Spare Parts will not be considered in the evaluation. f) Original Catalogue/Brochure of the items to be submitted with the tender and Brand name & Model number should be mentioned with the Specifications. g) The Tenderer must submit satisfactory completion certificate(s) of institutional and retail supplies with quantity, price and name of purchasers of Air Conditioner within last 12 (twelve) years. h) Copies of audited financial statements for the last three Fiscal Year; i) Valid Certificate of Incorporation/Memorandum of association/Valid Trade Licence/Manufacturing License. j) Valid VAT Registration Certificate; k) Valid Income Tax clearance certificate with TIN Number; l) Written confirmation regarding availability of the quoted Air Conditioner in the tenderer’s show room/ store in Dhaka (with address) for sampling testing/verification. Purchaser may conduct sample inspection during evaluation of tenders for ensuring conformity with the quoted technical specification & related requirements. m) Operational Manual must be submitted.
