a. All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulation.
b. Following documents are to be submitted/ uploaded:

(i) General Experience Certificates of supply of similar goods to any government organization in last 3 years;
(ii) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk. 75.00 lakh under 01 (one) contract in the last 03 (three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System;
(iii) The Minimum Supply and/or Production capacity of medicine Tk. 75.00 lakh per year;
(iv) Certificate of Bank solvency/Liquid Assets Value of Tk. 90.00 lakh issued after March'2019;
(v) Up-to date Valid Trade License;
(vi) Up-to date Income tax clearance certificate;
(vii) e-BIN (VAT) registration Certificate;
(viii) Up to date Drug license of the Manufacturer;
(ix) Up to date Annexure for each item;
(x) Up to date Price List (MRP) approved by the Drug Administration;
(xi) At least twelve years Continue production documents;
(xii) The certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(xiii) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer. ( if a trader is not a manufacturer);
(xiv) Sample of all item of medicine (at least one strip) must be submitted to the Prisons Directorate as per specification before tender opening date and time.
