1. Upto date Firm Registration Certificate/Trade License.
2. Upto date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
3. VAT Registration Certificate.
4. he minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 60.00 lac (Not before 28/05/2019) this will be given by proper format. (For Each lot )
5. Similar Nature of work for building work of Tk. 180.00 Lac in the last five years.
6. Annual Construction turn over is Tk 250.00 lakh for last 5 (Five) years. (For Each lot )
7. The Tenderer who have not completed the previous works in due time (Schedule Time) is requested to not perticipat/ attened in this tender. ( By the order Vide memo no.-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018.377; DT-30.08.2018). If any one flactuate/violate this order, the tenderer will be summarily rejected without assigning any reason.
8. Rate quoted by the Tenderer if found more than 10% (Ten percent) less or above, than the Estimated cost, the tender will be summarily rejected without assigning any reason.
9.To qualify for multiple number of contracts/lots in a notice or in this project under this PE made up of this and other individual contracts/lots for which Tenders are invited in the invitation for tenders under this Project, the Tenderers shall demonstrate having resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts.
10. All criteria as laid down Details in TDS (Section-2)."
11. PPA-2006, PPR-2008 & PPR (Amendment) Up to 2019 shall be the part and parcel of the contract.
