Eligibility of Tenderer :	The Tenderer shall have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience. The tenderer or in case of JV tenderer, at least one partner shall have work experiance for repairing or manufacturing of at least 100 (One hunderd) nos. of 3-phase 100 KVA or above capacity transformer within last 05 (Five) years. The average annual turnover shall be greater than Taka 30,00,000.00 (Thirty Lakh) over the last 03 three years. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 15,00,000.00 (Fifteen Lakh) only.
