If ABC category Conbtractor and Supervisory License Renewal is onprocess then the Original money must be submit . (v) Work program in Bar Chart. (3) Only Payment Certificate will be considered for calculation of Avg. Annual Construction Turnover. (4) Copy of Work Completion Certificate for Last 5 Years PE's Organization Works. (5) Copy of NOA and Agreement for All PE's Current Commitment and On-Going Works. (5) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years. (6) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in RCC Building Construction works of at least 1(one) contract successfully completed within the last 5(Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 660.00 Lakh.
