Tenderer with the following key qulification may participate in this tender.
(a) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk.1700000.00 (Seventeen Lac) under 01(One)of contract(s) over a period of last 05(Five) years shall be required.[ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] (b) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.2400000.00 (Twenty Four Lac) over the last 05 (Five) years.[years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
-Tenderer shall demonstrate the resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the value for the individual contracts/contractual commitments incase participation is more than one package/lot from same procuring entity and other procuring entities. - A part from payment received for construction works, the certified public works in progress ( financial progress) or completed year wise by relevent procuring entities will be considered as construction turnover."
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.835000.00 (Eight Lac Thirty Five Thousand.)
