Eligibility of Tenderer :	Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents: (a) (i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Works shall be 05(Five) years. ii) The minimum specific experience as Contractor Similar works As one(01) contract Successfully Completed within the last 05 (Five) Years, with a value of Tk. 3.00 Lac (BDT) under in any Govt./semi Govt./Autonomous bodies in Bangladesh. (b) (i) In case of the work done under any PWD Division the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. (ii) In case of the work was done under any Govt/Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district whose jurisdiction work has been done. (c) The Tenderer must Submit -i) Up to date valid Trade License.ii) Up to date Income Tax Clearance certificate.iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate.iv) Up to date valid ABC Category Electrical Contractor and Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board, d) The minimum amounting of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facility shall be Tk 4.00 Lac (BDT). e) The minimum average annual construction turnover last 05 (Five) Years shall be 4.50 lac BDT.
