Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The minimum number years of general experience of the Tender in the construction work shall be 5[Five] years. 2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 6.0 [Six ] lac under 1 [one] of contract(s) over a period of 2.5 [Two Point Five] years shall be required. Must be submitted work completion certificate from Government/semi-Government/Autonomous organizations. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater thanTk 7 [Seven] lac over the last 5 [Five] years.Submitted [7.0 lac x 5=35.00lac]. Must be submitted recent up to date Bank statement/work completion certificate/Audit reports. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities(Unconditional)of the Tenderer shall be Tk 5 [T Five] lac . Must be submitted recent Bank certificate with mentioned the Balance/Unconditional credit facilities. 5. N.B: Others terms & conditions specified in TDS and PCC. 6. If the tenderer participated in more than one tender of this Office in the same date, Tenderer must be submitted Bank certificate with mentioned the Balance / Unconditional credit facilities/ Unconditional Bank Guarantee for comply the cumulative liquidity assets Condition of tender. Otherwise Tenderer is consider as a single Tenderer for tender.
