Eligibility of Tenderer :	Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below. a. The tenderer shall have min. 10 (ten) years of general experience in building construction. b. The tenderer must have an experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of minimum 10 (Ten) storied RCC frame structure building with Single Basement including civil, sanitary and electrical works with a value of at least Tk. 6500.00 Lac (BDT Six Thousand Five Hundred Lac only) through a single contract during last 5 (five) years in any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. c. In case of the work done under PWD the certifying authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD. d. The tenderer must have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk 8000.00 Lac (BDT Eight Thousand Lac only) over last 5 (five) years. e. The minimum amount of liquid assets of the successful Tenderer shall be of Tk 1700.00 Lac (BDT One Thousands Seven Hundred Lac only) to be issued in Letter of commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of credit in the format as specified (Form e-PW3) f. The minimum tender capacity shall be TK 7500.00 Lac (BDT Seven Thousand Five Hundred Lac only) g. The tenderer shall submit updated income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, Trade licence, ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board.
