Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	This Tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mention below : (a) Updated Trade license, Income Tax clearance Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate. (b) Updated ABC/BC Electric contractor license and Electric supervisory license from Electric licensing board, Government of Bangladesh. (c) Having experience in successfully completion for similar nature of work amounting minimum Taka 0.50 Lac at any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh in a single tender during the last 05 (Five) years. Tenderer shall have to submit the certificate to able the supplying spare parts of same brand lift manufacturer as mentioned in the name of work title. The above experiences/work certificate for successfully completion of similar nature works shall have to issued by: (i) in case of the work done under any PWD Division, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. (ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/Semi Govt/ Autonomous bodies of Bangladesh Other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district/area within whose jurisdiction work has been done. (d) Average annual construction turn over during the last five years in Taka 0.50 Lac (e)The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 0.40 Lac. (f) All Other qualification, Terms & Conditions described in Tender documents and Tender Data sheet (TDS). Necessary supporting documents are to be submitted with the tender.
