Eligibility of Tenderer :	Tenderer with the following key qulification may participate in this tender. (a) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk.7800000.00 (Seventy Eight Lac) under 01(One)of contract(s) over a period of last 05(Five) years shall be required.[ years counting backwad from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] (b) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.11100000.00 ( One Crore Eleven Lac) over the last 05 (Five) years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] -Tenderer shall demonstrate the resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the value for the individual contracts/contractual commitments incase participation is more than one package/lot from same procuring entity and other procuring entities. - A part from payment received for construction works, the certified public works in progress ( financial progress) or completed year wise by relevent procuring entities will be considered as construction turnover." (c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.3877000.00 (Thirty Eight Lac Seventy Seven Thousand.) - Tenderer shall demonstrate the resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the value for the individual contracts/contractual commitments in case participation is more than one package/lot from same procuring entity and other procuring entities. - Banking instruement -authenticated by bank statement, saving instruement from any schedule bank. -Working capital- authenticated by recent past Audit Reports. -Credit facilities - authenticated by credit sanctioned letter and bank statement of the credit account. -Credit line - authenticated by any schedule bank in the format as specified (Form PW2a) without alteration. -Banking instruement statement of Credit facilities and credit line issued
