Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	A) The reputed bidders shall have minimum 5 years of general experience in supply, installation, testing & commissioning of lift and escalator. B) Satisfactory completion of similar nature of lift supply, installation, testing and commissioning worth not less than Tk. 85.00 ( Eighty Five ) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization (Criteria of work certificate authentication is described in special terms and conditions of STD) of Bangladesh during last 5 years. C) The bidder shall submit a certificate stating that minimum 20 Nos. of lift of proposed brand and proposed country of origin Movi (Italy)), LM (Germany), McPuarsa (Spain), Orona S.coop (Spain) or equivalent product manufactured and tested in Japan/EU Countries/UK/USA; have been used successfully in Bangladesh. A certificate in prescribed form must be attested by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD which stated that minimum 15 of those 20 lifts have installed and have been running successfully in Bangladesh. The bidder shall also have one year's experience of maintenance of minimum 20 nos of lift. D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit Line(s) of the bidder shall be TK.130.00 (One Hundred and thirty) Lakh only; should be counted 28 days before from the date of opening of tender. E) Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate F) Up-to date ABC/BC class contractor License issued from Electrical licensing Board. G) All other conditions as mentioned in Section-2 , Section-4 and special terms & conditions as well as detailed specification uploaded in section-6 of tender documents must be fulfilled.
