Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years. (b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) Nos of four storied Building Construction on including civil, sanitary & water supply and electrification works under single contract completed within the last 5(Five) years of a value of at least Tk 271 (Two Hundred Seventy One) Lac in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 435 (Four Hundred Thirty Five) Lac over the last 5(Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.(d) The minimum amount of free fund (It must be unconditional and in favor of the name of concerned work) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 110 (One Hundred Ten) Lac. Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work in PW3-7 form. (e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date ABC License and Electric Supervisory License of his own. (f) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate (Minimum 2018-19 FY). (g) Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 380 Lac. The Tenderer must submit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet with supporting documents of i) Maximum value of Works performed in any one year during last five years and ii) Value of Existing commitments and works to be completed during the next 18 months.Special Terms and Conditions: Winner contractor must have to follow the GCC 43 and 89 of the PCC
