" Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW2b-3)" This Form should be use for Liquid Asset and Issuing Date must be before the submission of tender.
Or, If liquid Assets as a form of Bank A/C Statement, it must be within 28 days before the submission of tender and Minimum Liquid Asset must be before the date of printing of Bank account statement.Tenderer must submit the authorization letter of own firm pad.
