1) The tenderer should have recent inclusion certificate from PGCL or enlistment certificate from any other company of Petrobangla under 1.3 or 1.4 or both categories of Gas Pipeline Contractors.

2) The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least one (1) contract of similar nature successfully completed within the last ten (10) years, each with a value of at least Taka Fifteen (15) Lakh.

3) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Taka Twenty-Eight (28) Lakh over the best five (5) years in the last ten (10) years.

4) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Taka Ten (10) Lakh issued by the bank (as per form PW 2a-3) not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders.
