Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The tender should submit the certificate of followings. a) Up to date VAT Registration. b) Up to date income tax Certificate. c) Up to date Trade license. d) Nationality Certificate. e) Authorisation Letter. 2. The tenderer must have completed similar type of contract having valuation of Tk.2.50 (two lac fifty thousand) in last 5 (five) years. 3. Minimum liquid asset should be Tk.2.50 (two lac fifty thousand) only . 4. The tenderer must have annual turn over for Tk.2.50 (two lac fifty thousand) in last 5(five) years. 5. The final decision about the lowest responsive tenderer will be taken according the recommendation of TEC. 6. Tenderers shall also have to fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC. 7. Rule 27(2) of PPR-2008 will be apply in case of front loading.
