a) All tenderers who are enlisted in e-GP and full filled the terms and conditions as stated in the tender data sheet. b) If the quoted rates are more less or above than 5% of the engineers estimate cost, then the tenderer`s have to submit item wise valid analysis of rates as per Ministry memo no. 35.00.0000.015.14.057.15-483 dated 22.06.2015. c) To ensure the quality of construction work the tenderers whose quoted rates are more less than 10% of the engineers estimate cost , that will not be considered for evaluation as per Ministry memo no.35.00.0000.015.14.057.15-483 date 22.06.2015.
