a) Reputed bonafied Firm/Organization/Manufacturer/Authorized agent having minimum 05(Five)years general experience for Operation and Maintenance of the Lift (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper).
b) The tenderer shall be the local agent/distributor certificate of the lift (Simag Brand) and should enclose the same certificate with Tender document.
c) The tenderer must have experience in successfully completion for operation and Maintenance work at least 01(one) Lift of (Simag Brand) valued 1.40 lakh ( One Lakh Forty Thousand) in a single tender during the last 5(Five) years. [The years counting backward from the date of invitation of this tender (IFT)] under any Government/Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies as shown in special terms & conditions of tender documents & as stated in Tender Data Sheet(TDS)
d) The Tenderer must posses: (i) Up-to-date valid Trade License. (ii) Up-to-date(2018-19) Income Tax clearance Certificate. (iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate. (iv) Up-to-date valid ABC/BC Electrical Contractory & Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board.
e)The Tenderer shall have a minimum Average Annual Turn-over in the last 5 (Five) years of 2.00 lakh ( Two Lakh) only which will be supported by the certificate of NBR/Deputy Commissioner of Taxes/The offices (Government/Semi Govt./ Autonomous Bodies) under which the Tenderer has completed works. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper).
f)The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (as per Form ePW2a-3) of Tender and Contract Forms must be submitted for this purpose of the successful Tenderer shall not be less than 1.40 lakh ( One Lakh Forty Thousand) The supporting Bank document submitted.
