Eligibility of Tenderer :	1.A) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works. (B) Having Experience in successfully Completion of at least 1(one) number of RCC Building Construction Work worth not less than BDT 120.00 Lakh.in a Single Contract in any Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years in standard work completion format attached in STD. 2. In case of the work done under PWD the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned executive Engineer. 3. The tenderers are required Average Annual Construction Turnover BDT 170.00 Lakh. only over the last 5 financial years preceding the date of IFT necessary supporting documents from the concerned authority ( work certificate ) shall be submitted with the tender. 4. The minimum amount of Liquid Asset or working capital shall be BDT 43.00 Lakh only according to the format mentioned in the STD. 5. Tenderer must has valid ABC Contractors License and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board of Govt. of Bangladesh (up-to-date ). 6.Tenderer must have up-to-date TIN Certificate. 7. Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License. 8. Tenderer must have valid up-to-date VAT Registration Certificate. 9.The Minimum Tender Capacity shall be BDT 125.00 Lakh.10.The tendered must submit authentic proof of having steal shutter and props for all RCC casting works. 11. Tenderer must submit a duly signed time bound work program.
