| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 years. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least Single contract of Single Building Construction Works successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 2,10,00,000.00
3. The Tenderer should have latest enlistment document (any dept.), Up to Dated Trade License, Vat Registration, Latest Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate from any Schedule Bank of Bangladesh etc.
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 3,60,00,000.00 The period best three (3) years in the last five (5) years (2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19).
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 95,00,000.00
