Eligibility of Tenderer :	a) General Experience: Reputed Contractors/Construction Firms who have minimum 10 (ten) years of general experience in Construction Works from the date of Publication of IFT in news paper. b) Specific Experience: Having Experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of minimum 7(Seven) storied RCC building construction work with 1(one) basement of Tk. 7700.00 (seven thousand seven hundred) lac in a single contract in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT ). c) Minimum average annual construction turn over: The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years of Tk. 8000.00 (Eight thousand) lac (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper).
