The Tenderer must have to submit Specific Experience Certificate of construction of minimum 5.5 km pipe line (3 km 4 inch & 2.5 km 6 inch) under any Gov department within last 03 years from the date of tender publish in a single work order of tk 62.00 lacs 5. Annual Average Turnover must have to be minimum tk.90.00 lacs for the last five consecutive year
