Experience Criteria: i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]. ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 210.00 (two hundred ten) lakhs [ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]. Financial Criteria: iii) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 320.00 (three hundred twenty) lakhs over the last 05 (five) years [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]. iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 50.00 lakhs Others: All other Criterion laid down in the TDS and PCC must be satisfied.
