Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. All tenderer(s) registered in e-GP are eligible to participate in the tender if they are otherwise qualified. 2. The tenderer(s) must fulfill the following requirements : a) A minimum general construction experience of 5 years. The experience of the JVCA partner(s) will be considered on the basis of circular issued by CPTU, reference No-IMED/CPTU/262/2011-1192 dated : 26/07/2015. b) Specific experience of Road work in a single contract of minimum value of Tk.35.00 Lakh. Work completion certificate from respective Procuring Entity must be submitted along with the Tender. 5 years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspapers. c) Minimum annual construction Turnover of Taka 40.00 Lakh over the last 5 years .5 years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspapers. d) Minimum Liquid asset of Taka 35.00 Lakh. In case of credit from the Bank it shall clearly mention the name of the work and Tender Reference No. Bank statement or any document will be supported by original copy from issuance of proper authority within 28 days before the date of last submission of Tender e)The Tenderers are requested not to submit any unnecessary Documents/Certificates.
