1) Reputed firms who have minimum 3(three) years of general experience.
2) The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of similar goods like Diathermy Machine with Endocut facility of at least one contract succesfully completed within the last two years , with a value of at least Tk 600000.00 (six lac only).
3) The minimum supply and/ or production capacity of goods is diathermy machine with endocut facility and one supply per year.
4) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line of the tenderer shall be Tk. 650000.00(six lac fifty thousand only)
5) Reputed firm must be importer/ Dealer / Agent of Manufacturer Co.
6) Up-to date Trade licence , VAT registration, IT certificate will be must be attested by the first class gov. officer.
