Eligibility of Tenderer :	A. Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works. B. Having similar experience in successful completion of at least 1(one) number Building work in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization during last 5(five) years of Tk. 250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty) lakhs in a single tender. It should be submitted in w-9 form. C. The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 145.00 (One hundred and fourty five) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Original Certificate (scanned Copy) of Liquid Asset or credit facilities from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender in the form of letter of commitment for Bank undertaking for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per Form of tender and contract forms. D. The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 860.00 (Eight Hundred and sixty) lakhs during the last 5 years. E.
