Tenderer must submit similar nature work certificate,annual construction turnover certificate and liquid assets certificate. 3. Payment will be made after availability of fund. 4. Any individual Tender/Bangladeshi Tenderer(s)/firm(s) who fulfill the qualification(s) criteria stipulated in the Tender Document PPA-2006 and PPR-2008. 5. Tenderer must submit line of credit certificate in PW3-7 prescribed format which is to be uploaded in section 8. 6. The tender must comply with the instructions/office orders/circulars issued by BWDB in connection with dredging work. 7. Tenderer shall own or have proven access to hire or lease of the major construction equpments, in full working order (required documents must be submitted). 9. Dredged Material Disposal Managent:

1) The dredged material disposal management needs to be done by contractor's own responsibility.
2) As per circular of MoWR, the dredged material (if required) can be used for land filling of Govt/Private owned low land. For this purpose, any decision or the selling price will be fixed by the "District Water Management and Development Committee" headed by Deputy Commissioner.
