• Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works having a satisfactory completion of similar work (Foot bridge/Submerged weir/Cross Dam/Box Culvert/Syphon) as specific experience under single contract of value  Tk 22.00 lakh under a single contract within the last 05 years.
• The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 25.00 (Twenty five) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Original Certificate (scanned Copy) of Liquid Asset or credit facilities from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender in the form of letter of commitment for Bank undertaking for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per Form of tender and contract forms;
• The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 25.00 (Twenty five) lakhs during the last 5 years;
• The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;
• Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
• The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.
• Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
• The tenderer can participate in all lots but One tenderer shall get maximum 02 (two) lots (if reponsive lowest more than 02 (Two) lots) under the project.
• The Tenderer who are interested to participate are requested to read the Tender Document thoroughly before submitting the tender.

The site is located in the different upazillas of project area. Exact location will be specified during handing over the sites.

The site is located in any upazilla under Bogura, Joypurhat, Gaibandha, Dinajpur, Thakurgaon and Panchagarh distrtict. Exact location will be specified during handing over the sites.
