Eligibility of Tenderer :	Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works having a satisfactory completion of similar nature of work as specific experience i.e any of kind khal/Nala/earthen canal/river re-excavation of value Tk 10.00 (Ten) lakhs under single contract are eligible for this tender. The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 12.00 (Twelve) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Original Certificate (scanned Copy) of Liquid Asset or credit facilities from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender in the form of letter of commitment for Bank undertaking for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per Form of tender and contract forms; The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 12.00 (Twelve) lakhs during the last 5 years; The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate along with the Tender; Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents. The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained. The Tenderer who are interested to participate are requested to read the Tender Document thoroughly before submitting the tender.

TDS/PDS--C. Qualification Criteria--		The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 12.00 (Twelve) lakhs.

TDS/PDS--C. Qualification Criteria--		The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 12.00 (Twelve) lakhs over the last 5 (Five) years.
TDS/PDS--C. Qualification Criteria--		A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 10.00 (Ten) lakhs under single contract over a period of 5 (Five) years shall be required. Similar works means excavation/re-excavation/renovation of any kind of khal/Nala/earthen canal/river (other earthwork is not accepted) with the help of excavator in any Government or semi government or autonomous organization.

Tender Preparation--		Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents: i) Experience Certificate as stated in ITT 9.1. ii) Average Annual Turnover as per ITT 10.1(a). iii) Liquid Assets as stated in ITT 10.1(b). iv) Updated Trade License. v) Certificate of VAT Registration. vi) Updated Income Tax Clearance Certificate and TIN Certificate. vii) Proven document of the ownership of Excavator or contract document on non-judicial stamp of Taka 300.00 between the owner of Excavator and Contractor for Re-excavation of Khal under this project;
