Specific experience: A single contract of construction of Wash Block, Public tiolet or any construction of Building within the last 3 (Three) years with a value at least Tk. 14.00 (Forteen) lakhs 3. Average Annual Construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) lakhs over the last 3 (Three) years. 4.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 14.00 (Forteen) lakhs. For credit facilities, use the standard format "Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW3-7)" which is uploaded in 'General Specifications' section. Any conditional Line of Credit or Other format for this will not be considered.
