& According to the amendment of PPA-2006, the tenderers quoted price 10 percent above or below of the official estimate will be consider as Non-responsive.
b) The tenderer who have 05 (Five) years General experience of similar construction works.
c) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk.400.00 Lac.
d) Who have average Annual Construction Turnover Tk.350.00 lac for the last five years. Financial year will be counted backwardly from the date of publication of Tender Notice.
e) Who have minimum amount of liquid asset of working capital Tk.115.00 lac (Supported by Bank statement). Date will be counted between the date of publication of Tender notice & date of Tender submission.
f) Who have up to date Trade license.
g) Who have up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
h) Who have up to date VAT Registration Certificate.
