a. All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;

(I) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;
(II) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(III) Up to date e-BIN (Vat) registration certificate;
(IV) The specific experience as supplier in supply of similar nature goods of Tk. 7.00 lakh under single contract successfully completed within the last 3 years.

(V) General experience of supply of similar Goods and related services in last 03 (three) years in any government organization;
(VI) Certificate of Bank solvency/Liquid Assets Value of Tk. 7.00 Lakh issued after Aug'2019;
(VII) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (if bidder is a supplier);
(VIII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(IX) Sample of 03 (three) pcs Whistle, Cap Badge and Shoulder Badge must be submitted to the Prisons Directorate as per approved sample on or before tender opening date and time.
