The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction or renovation works as Prime Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.

Tenderer should have valid Trade license, VAT certificate, TIN certificate etc

The minimum specific experience should be as a Prime Contractor or Management Contractor in construction works(at least 8 storied building) under a single contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk.10,00,00,000.00 (Ten Crore Taka Only) (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper).

The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 4,00,00,000.00 (Taka Four Crore Only).

The required average annual construction turnover shall be at least Tk 15,00,00,000.00 (Taka Fifteen Crore Only) over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (Five) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper).

In case of credit line, Specific Format which is attached in Section: 8 (Particular Specifications), must be used.

Only for system requirement, you are requested to quote unit price in e-PW3, Section 6, Form Name- "Schedule of Day Works" . For example, unit price is 0.001. Once it is quoted will not be considered in total quoted amount.
