Eligibility of Tenderer :	The Tenderer shall have a) Manufacturer Authorization/Dealership/Agencyship Certificate (Forme-PG3 -5). b) A minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience in the supply of Sub-Station, Generator, Lift and related services. c) The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of Sub-Station, Generator, Passenger/Bed Lift and related services (Installation, Testing and Commissioning) of at least 01 (One) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years each with a value of at least Tk. 108.00 lac for each lot under any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous body/Private Organization in Bangladesh. d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 80.00 lac e) Valid Trade License, TIN Certificate, VAT Certificate and ABC class contractor and supervisory license provided by the electric licensing board f) Up to date income tax clearance certificate from NBR g) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions described in TDS
