Eligibility of Tenderer :	Eligibility of Tenderer: Only the uPVC pipe &Fitings Manufacturer to participate the tender. Manufacturer must have industrial Project registration license issued by the Board of investment Government of Bangladesh, 02 (Two) years over all Manufacturer experience certificate of those particular/respective materials enclosed with the offer. The minimum production capacity or availability of equipment is/are: Production capacity of uPVC pipe of the tenderer’s factory must have minimum 300 (Three Hundred meter per day. The purchaser may send representative to verify the technical and production ability of the manufacturer. The Tenderer will have to bear all cost of factory inspection The test of the sample of uPVC pipe and Fittings of technically & commercially responsive lowest bidder(s) for each lot will be done separately at the laboratory of recognized technical institution as per tender specification and terms-conditions. All costs including handling, carrying & testing will be borne by the supplier. The bidder must pay the test charges to BUET/KUET/RUET/CUET/DUET for each lot before testing. On test, if the sample fails to confirm the tender specification then the offer will be rejected. In that case if Project Director (KJMIDP), BADC desire, sample of 2nd lowest responsive bidder may send for BUET test and so on. The bidder must send the sample for BUET test within 7 (seven) days of the date of issuing instruction letter. The Tenderer must Submit sample 01(one) No uPVC pipe with 02(Two) meter length, 01(one) no T-joint, 01 (one)no 90° bend & 01 (one)no end cap for each lot separately matching with the Technical Specifications to the office of theProject Director(KJMIDP), BADC, Chanchara, Jessore within office hour on 23.10.2018. The original copy of receipt of the same must be enclosed with the tender. Otherwise the Tender will not be accepted.
