The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 17.56 lac (Seventeen lac fifty six thousand) best 5 (five) years over the last 10 (ten) years. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk 14.63 lac ( Fourteen lac sixty three thousand).
