Eligibility of Tenderer :	The Tenderer qualification criteria as follow (details see in the TDS): (a) Similar works of at least Tk. 9.00 lac under a single contract over the last 5(five) years. (b) Average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 14.00 lac over the last 5(five) years. (c) Liquid assets or Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 10.00 Lac. Note: Please read the instrucitions carefully before submitting your tender. 1. Go through e-TDS and follow the instructions. 2. Authorization letter mentioned tender ID for submission of this particular tender. 3. Documents regarding annual construction turnover must be submitted in the form of year-wise Payment Certificate from the respective PE’s Or Construction Turnover form the Income Tax Office. 4. Liquid assets shall remain until Contract Award. In case of credit facilities; the evidence must be mentioned the Tender ID & Name of works (Form-e-PW2a), 5. If the quoted rate of any item deviates more than 10% (Ten percent) compared to the rate of that item in the RHD rate schedule 2015, then the tenderer must submit the rate analysis for that item in the RHD Rate Analysis Format. 6. If the tenderer attached uploaded files are corrupt or containing virus or are unreadable for any reason, will not be considered. 7. The Tenderer requested that not uploaded the file in type of Ms. word / Excel.
