1. It is to be noted that quoting of boring rate should be increased proprtionally according to the depth of well otherwise the tender would be declared non responsive.

2. Tenderer has to perform water quality test in DPHE lab with current fees.

3. For abnormal or unjustified price quotation the tenderer may lead do be decaled ineligible as per section 98/23/a of PPR 2008.

4. Tender must submit the doccuments of experience certificate and credit facilities in prescibed and propper format, otherwise will not be considered for evaluation .

5. In case of tie for the evaluated price or calculating tender capacity, the tenderer shall be selected based on the “Past Performance Evaluation and rating matrix for different aspects” to be used in assessing the Tenderer’s quality. In that case FORM (a )Name of Works Contract successfully completed during last 5 years from IFT date within only PE's Organization e-PW2-3 (A) and (b) List of On-going Works and Current Commitment(s) during last 5 years from IFT date under all PE's Organization e-PW2-3(B) must be filled with correct information. Otherwise will not be considered for evaluation.
