Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 37.00[Thirty seven] lakh under 01(one) of contract over a period of last 5(five) years shall be required.(not before FY::2010-11 ) 2.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 22.00(Twenty two) lakh over the last 05(five) years.(not before FY::2010-11 ).. 3.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e banking instrument or woking capital or credit facilities or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk,.18.50( Eighteen lakh fifty thousand) lakh only 4..If any tenderer qualify more than one contract, cumulative financial criteria will be apply to select lowest tenderer. 5. In case of multiple number of contractual commitsments, a written testimony by the tenderer that demonstrates that the tenderer have resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individiual contracts/ contractual commitments. 6.The contractor have to submit the format ( sample copy attached in particular Specifications) about his current liquid asset & contract in hand.
