01. Eligibility of Tenderer: All e-Gp registered Tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit tenders provided that they are otherwise qualified & satisfied the qualification criteria stated in TDS.
02. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 20.00 Lakh under a single of contract(s) over a period of last 5(Five) years shall be required. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper (Not before FY 2010-2011).
03. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk: 30.00 Lakh over the last 5(Five) years (Not before FY 2010-2011). Note-1, for Turnover : Turnover will be calculated on the basis of Payment Certificates issued by respective Procuring Entity.
04. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 15.00 Lakh between the Dt: 17-11-2015 to 06-12-2015. Note-2, for Liquid assets: Bank statement/savings certificate/line of credit facilities showing the amount shall be submitted along with the tender by the tenderer.
05. In addition to ITT Clause no. 17, if any tenderer submits rate (Grand Total) more than 10% lower of the estimated cost then he/she must submit rate analysis of all items. Otherwise his/her tender will be considered as non-responsive.
06. Necessary supporting documents shall be submitted with the tender, otherwise the tender will be non-responsive. Note-3: The Tenderers are requested not to submit any unnecessary Documents/Certificates. Please submit only one "Specific Experience Certificate".
