Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	(a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 10 years of general experience in construction works. (b) Having experience in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of simillar work value of at least Tk. 210.50 Lac in a single tender in Government /Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years. In case of the work done under PWD the certifying authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD (c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover over last 5 (five) years of Tk. 500.0 Lac. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP. (d)The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 150.00 lac . The certificate of free fund (liquid asset) must be unconditional and to be issued in favor of related works. Liquid asset must be substantiated by a letter of commitment of banks undertaking for line of credit.Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. (e) The Minimum Tender Capacity shall be of Tk. 263.0 Lac . (f) The Tenderer shall submit updated income tax clearance certificate, Trade license, ABC category contractory and supervisory licence from Electricity Licencing Board. (g) All other terms and conditions are shown in the TDS.
