| Eligibility of Consultant

As per Tender Data Sheet (TDS)
N:B: The tenderer must follow the following instruction before submitting the tender.
1.The certificates submitted by the tenderer in proof of Specific Experience / AACT must be as per the standard format
attached/uploaded in Particular Specification Section. Certificate other than the specified format must contain the information like
(particulars of PE in/c e-mail & contact no, business shares in case of JV, time extension, liquidity damage, contract & final bill amount
etc.). A tenderer failing to submit that will be considered as “Non-responsive” during evaluation.
2.Tenderer must be Upload Tender Capacity paper (for proof of Tender Capacity as per the standard format attached/uploaded in Particular Specification Section). A tenderer failing to submit that will be considered as “Non-responsive” during evaluation.
3.In the case of liquid asset, certificate and statement from bank should be submitted, issued not earlier than the date of publication of
IFT Notice in the e-GP Website.
4.In the case of credit facilities, it should be sanctioned and must be submitted as per the format for the Credit Line (Form PW3-7)
issued by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in accordance with ITT Clause Clause 32.1 (d) without alteration, issued not earlier than
the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website.
5.If a tenderer wants to qualify more than one package, each package shall be qualified separately for Liquid asset & Tender Capacity

| TDS/PDS--C. Qualification Criteria--
|
A satisfactory completion of similar works (R.C.C. WASH Blocks) of at least Tk [60,00,000/-] under [01] of contract(s) over a period of [05] years shall be required.
( years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT)
-The requirement of experience shall not be separately applicable for each individual lot/package.
-The certificates submitted by the tenderer in proof of Specific Experience / AACT must be as per the standard format
attached/uploaded in Particular Specification Section. A tenderer failing to submit that will be considered as â??Non-responsiveâ?� during evaluation.
-Authenticated by Completion Certificate issued by relevant Procuring Entity (PE)
-Experience as a Subcontractor will not be taken into account.
-Appointment of Sub-Contractor will not be allowed also.
