Eligibility of Tenderer :	3.1. Eligibility of Tenderer: All e-Gp registered Tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit tenders provided that they are otherwise qualified & satisfied the qualification criteria stated in TDS. 3.2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 18 Lakhs under 1(one) of contract over a period of last 5(five) years shall be required. (Not before FY 2010-2011) 3.3.The required avarage annual construction turmover shall be greater than Tk.20.00 laks last 5(five) years. . (Not before FY 2010-2011) 3.4 The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 06.00 Lakhs issued not earlier than 28(twenty eight) days prior to the day of the origianl deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract.All other berif description in TDS. 3.5 If any Tenderer qualify more than one contract, Cumulative experience criteria and financial criteria will be apply to select lowest Tenderer. 3.6 in case of multiple numbers of contractual commitments, a written testimony by the tenderr that demonstrates that the tenderer have resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual constracts/contractual commitments.(Sample copy attached in Particular Specification which can help Tenderer) 3.7 The contractor have to submitted the formate.(Sample copy attached in Particular Specification which can help Tenderer) about his current liquid asset & Contract in hand. Any failure of submitting the certification will be treated as material deviation and will be non-responsive. Â
