Eligibility of Tenderer :	Brief Eligibility and Qualification of Tenderer: a) General experience: Reputed contractors/Bonafide firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experiences. b) Specific experience: Having experiences in successfully completion of similar nature of works amounting minimum Taka 0.90Lac of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh in a single tender during the last 05 (Five) years. The above experience work certificate for successfully completion of similar nature work shall have issued by: i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. ii) In case of the work done under any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies/Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 0.80 Lac over the last 5 years. d) Updated Trade License, Income Tax clearance and VAT Registration Certificate. e) Valid ABC/BC/C category Electrical License & Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board f)The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1.20 Lac,Liquid Asset or Cradit Facilities Certificate valid up to 28 days before tender opening. g) The minimum capacity shall be 0.99Lac. h) All other qualification terms & condition as specified in Tender Data Sheet (TDS). Necessary supporting documents are to be submitted with the Tender.
