a) A satisfactory completion of HVAC/AC/Refrigeration System Servicing/Repair/ Installation works of at least Tk 10,00,000 (Ten Lac) under Single contract(s) over a period of 3 (Three) years shall be required.
b) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be Three (03) years.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be 5,00,000 ( Five Lac) .
d) The tenderer should have all the necessary tools/instrument/equipment and manpower for servicing/maintenance works and need to submit the list as per TDS.
NB:
a) Years counting backward from the date of publication.
b) Contractor shall have to ensure all the safety and security of man, material and equipment while working at site.
c) As per latest amendment of PPR-2008, If the quoted price varies by 10.00% above/less of the official estimate then the tender will be rejected.
d) Contractors are encouraged to visit the site before quoting rates.
