1) Contractor with ABC license. 2) The tenderer shall have general working experience of at least 3(three) years. 3) A satisfactory completion of similar works i.e. Sub -Station Bus-Bar or Transmission line conductor changing or stringing works at 132kV or 230kV or 400kV voltage level, work order value of minimum taka 4 lac under maximun one contract over a period of last 3 (three) years. 4) The annual avarage construction turnover shall be greater than taka 4 lac in the last 3 (three) years. 5) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be taka 5 lac. 6) The work shall have to be completed by 60 days.
