Eligibility of Tenderer :	1)The Tenderer shall have minimum 05(Five) years general experience in supply of goods specially furniture in Govt/Semi govt/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. 2) Who have minimum specific experience as suppliers in supply of new furniture at least in 01(One) contract successfully complete in a single work order with in last 05(Five) years amounting of 3.00 lakh in Govt/Semi govt/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. 3)The Tenderer shall have minimum liquid assets for Tk. 4.40 lakh. 4)Tenderer who posed i) Upto date trade license ii) Up to date Vat resistration certificate iii) Up to date TIN certificate iv) NID cr. 5) Satisfying the other criteria laid down in TDS, PCC & ITT. 6.The Quoted Rate must be similar/relevant to the PWD Schedule of Rates 2014/2018. If Quoted Rates are excessive above/less than the estimated cost than the tenderer must submit detail Analysis of his Quoted Rate taking the Analysis items rate from Analysis of PWD Schedule of Rates 2014. Otherwise the tenderer will be non-responsive according to PPR 2008 Rule 98(23).
